Online Marketing at bloomon
As aspiring online marketing gurus, we target audiences across social media and other online channels and convince them to buy our beautiful flowers. We do this by being number nerds, maths whizzes, and Excel and Google Sheets pros. We team up with our design and brand colleagues to create effective campaigns that convert customers. It’s our role to work out the most powerful way of integrating campaigns across different channels. As adept problem-solvers, we thrive in our ‘Rubik’s Cube world’: a complex puzzle which changes every time we make a move. And, as we strive to boost business performance, we love to test, learn, and optimise in a department where art and science converge.
What will you do?
We are looking for an ambitious SEO & SEA expert to join our small but growing team at bloomon at our head office in Amsterdam. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this position will be largely focussed on developing and implementing our SEO & SEA strategy on desktop and mobile. Ultimately you will be responsible for increasing paid & organic site traffic and conversions for bloomon in all our active markets (5 and counting!). On top of this you will help to create and manage content on our websites, blogs and landing pages. As we don’t have a large content team you also will be expected to roll your sleeves up and produce relevant landing page content to improve our organic traffic. In addition the ideal candidate would have some experience of running affiliate or display marketing campaigns.
