Our company and team are expanding rapidly. The bloomon team consists of seasoned e-commerce experts (Rocket Internet) as well as strategy-consultants (The Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey, SparkOptimus), and has raised funding from renowned VCs as well as international entrepreneurs.
We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join our Belgian team. This role will be based in Amsterdam and you will work alongside colleagues speaking Dutch, German, and Danish.
In this role you will be responsible for customer contact via email, telephone and various social media channels. It is imperative that you can think of and analyse different solutions and are able to act independently. For this function, it is important that you are empathic and can respond well in difficult situations with our customers. You will perform varied tasks and, instantly, have lots of responsibility.
