Operations at bloomon
We’re responsible for hand-tying and delivering tens of thousands of flowers per week across five countries (and counting). How? By combining a dedicated hands-on mentality with data-focused strategic thinking. We relish the challenge of keeping our blooms super fresh on their 36-hour journey from flower bed to table. We create every arrangement with care to ensure consistent superior quality as we spread happiness. As the logistics hub for dozens of external depots per country, we operate our dense network of long-haul shipments and local traffic like pros. Our multidisciplinary team is organised, punctual, and results-oriented. We love seeing the rewards of our efforts in happy customers. What will you do?
bloomon strives for operational excellence at a very high level by combining a dedicated hands-on mentality with data-focused strategic thinking, and always with the finest attention to every individual customer. Not only do we spread happiness amongst our current customers, we also like potential customers to experience the happiness of our flowers. We’re currently doing this at various workshops, fairs, PR-events, etc. in five countries across Europe. Of course our flowers need to be at their very best at every event and that’s where you as an Operations & Event Management intern can prove your operational excellence and skills.As an Operations & Event Management intern you’ll be the single point of contact for our Brand, PR and Sales teams when they are planning/organizing events. You know exactly how the entire supply chain works and therefore you’re the go-to person when it comes to organizing everything a certain event may require. The events you’ll be responsible for vary in all ways. One day you’ll be fulfilling requirements for a true flower tunnel (yes an actual tunnel filled with flowers) and the other day you may be preparing a tv commercial shoot that will be broadcasted in 5 countries. Besides these special projects you will provide our sales agents in all our countries with all the requirements they need to make their events a success.
