Customer Relations at bloomon

What will you do?

We are looking for a Customer E-mail Marketing Intern who will be taking all our online customer communications and its reporting to the next level. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for setting up new initiatives to increase customer happiness.

You will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and improving our online onboarding journey for customers;
  • Setting up and running e-mail and/or Facebook campaigns such as newsletters, birthday campaigns etc.;
  • Analyze our marketing funnels to optimize performance on different KPI's (open rate, A/B testing results, click-rate, conversion etc.);
  • Assisting and supporting the implementation of a new marketing platform;
  • Think of creative ways how to make our customers even happier (e.g., provide them with information about the flowers, help them arrange their flowers via a video and educate them about how to take care of their flowers).


What do we expect from you?

  • You are at the last stage in a University level study;
  • Experience in Email Marketing is a plus;
  • Knowledge in HTML/CSS is highly appreciated;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Pro-active and definite ‘can do’ attitude;
  • A planner and commercially driven;
  • You are diligent and pay attention to details;
  • Analytical and numbers driven;
  • Enjoy responsibility, work independently but also a good team-player.
